The website is the sole and exclusive provider of all such information relevant to the CIIE as exhibition invitations, visits and services and business travel services as well. And it is also the sole official online channel via which professional visitors may receive booth information, book booths and register online. The China International Import Expo Bureau does not and has never authorized any other website or other medium to accept booth booking or visit applications or to charge any fees for so doing. Applicants are therefore strongly urged to exercise caution and vigilance to safeguard against and protect themselves from fraud by those falsely purporting to offer such services.

The China International Import Expo Bureau hereby disclaims any and all liabilities for any applications to visit or participate in the CIIE via other methods or submitted to any media other than the official CIIE website to persons, whether legal or natural, which/who thereby incurred losses.
