IBPC (International Business Promotion Center) Osaka is an organization established by Osaka City in April 2003 to strengthening Osaka's trade, industry and communication activities with Asia and other cities around the world, as an International Affairs Division of Osaka International Business Promotion Center, the organization that operates West Japan largest exhibition hall "INTEX Osaka".
