Rymill Coonawarra was established in 1974 by Peter Rymill, great-grandson of John Riddoch, the founder of Coonawarra over 120 years ago. Our vines sit on an ancient coastline, about one million years old, the limestone of which is topped with a precious layer of terra rossa soil, famous for its ability to grow and produce red wines of strength, power and defined structure.
