Established in 1899, and revived in an area with a concentration of sake breweries! This sake is handcrafted in small batches using sake rice from the Special A area of Hyogo and spring water from the Kongo Mountains. The awards we have received include ``2021,2022 and 2024 IWC Silver Award , 2021 National New Sake Appraisal Award Gold Award, and 2023 Wine Glass Award Highest Gold Award.''
