CAFERON (Associated Coffee Growers of the Matas de Rondônia Region), based in Cacoal, Rondônia, promotes local coffee production by managing the Geographical Indication (GI) of Rondônia’s coffee and ensuring only its members can use the certification. It also supports sustainability through CarbCafé Rondônia, which maps coffee cultivation and measures carbon storage in the soil.
