Albiomin® 20% (200 g/l), solution for infusion
Active substance: Human albumin Composition: 50 g/l resp. 200 g/l of human plasma protein, of which at least 96% is human albumin. Sodium caprylate, sodium chloride, N-acetyltryptophanate, water for injections. Therapeutic indications: Restoration and maintenance of circulating blood volume where volume deficiency has been demonstrated and use of a colloid is appropriate.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Warnings: 1 vial contains up to 833 mg sodium (36.25 mmol). Undesirable effects: Mild reactions such as flush, urticaria, fever and nausea. Severe reactions such as shock.
