Land Investment Project-The Mentougou District Yongding Town MC00-0017-0031, 0032, and other plots are designated for B2 business use compatible with B4(Comprehensive Commercial and Financial Service), MC00-0017-0033 plot for S4 social parking lot use, and MC00-0017-0044 plot for B4 (Comprehensive Commercial and Financial Service).The total land area is 9.77 hectares, with a construction area of 259,100 square meters. The project is owned by the Beijing Land Reserve Center and the Mentougou District Natural Resources Center, and it welcomes private, state-owned, and foreign investments. Enterprises participating in the bidding must have real estate development qualifications, and they can bid independently or jointly. If bidding jointly, all parties of the consortium must simultaneously have real estate development qualifications. The same enterprise and its controlled companies may not participate in the bidding for the same plot of land.
