National Pedestrian Streets

  • Exhibition theme: "There Was a Booth for Every Hundred Steps and a Street for Every Thousand Steps".

    Exhibition area: inter-hall passages and NECC West Footpath.

    Exhibition Content: Local business departments were responsible for selecting a number of national pedestrian streets. The exhibition area, through innovative display forms (such as holographic projection, interactive screens, pedestrian street lamp posts, ceiling, store signs, etc.), created multiple commercial pedestrian streets. Through exhibition and promotion of local featured goods, handicrafts shows, interactive experiences, etc., the history of the perfect integration of commerce and culture was displayed, and the regional cultural atmosphere was felt, expanding people-to-people and economic exchanges and stimulating domestic consumption.

Yunnan Province

With the theme of "Colorful Yunnan and the Charm of Yunnan for a Thousand Years", Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street, a national pedestrian street, was recreated in the exhibition area to present the pedestrian street culture of Yunnan.

Anhui Province

The exhibition was presented in four sections: "History", "Renewal", "Innovation", and "Permanent Business Exhibition and Sales Area".

Zhejiang Province

With the theme of "Vibrant Zhejiang ", the rich and vivid content of "Good Life in Zhejiang" was fully displayed through the scenario-based approach.

Hubei Province

The main color of "green" symbolized the "water" element that promoted the continuous opening of Hubei and also reflected the determination of Hubei to build itself into a pivot point and take the lead in green development.

Liaoning Province

With the fusion of simulated street scenes and video images as the form of display, some scenes of Shenyang Middle Street-Pedestrian Mall were recreated to bring the audience to the "Middle Street" in an immersive way.

Hunan Province

With the concept of "Thousand Year Hunan, Bustling Changsha", a mini Huangxing South Road Commercial Pedestrian Street was created to provide guests with a tour of Changsha's popular neighborhoods and a taste of Hunan culture.

Beijing

With the theme of "Century-old Gold Street and Beautiful Scenery", the exhibition featured many familiar time-honored enterprises and fashionable high-end enterprises through the partially miniaturized block.

Chongqing

To highlight internationalization, intelligence, greenness and human culture, the exhibition used block-shaped elements and multimedia interaction to lead the audience to Jiefangbei (the People’s Liberation Monument) in Chongqing.

Jiangsu Province

Taking the "Silk" Road in Jiangsu as the main line and concept of the design, the exhibition showed the theme of "Ethereal Colour and Celestial Fragrance and New Consumption in Suzhou". It was divided into four main areas: guo (country), se (color), tian (sky) and xiang (fragrance).

Shaanxi Province

The unbroken ridge of the Qinling Mountains and the roof of the palace buildings of the prosperous Tang Dynasty were superimposed to form the outline of the exhibition area. Combined with the four main colors, the exhibition area allowed guests to immerse themselves in a colorful Shaanxi.

Tianjin

Using the deconstruction of words, the exhibition area was decorated with character components taken from representative Chinese characters such as "Tianjin" (天津), "Gold Street" (金街) and " Heping District" (“和平区) to showcase the unique charm of Tianjin.
