Thermo Fisher Scientific will participate in the in the Medical Equipment and Medicine & Health Care Exhibition Area at the China International Import Expo. The firm’s products span analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables, and software. In addition, its services cover food safety, environmental protection, medical care, life sciences, and biological pharmacy.

As the promotion of the exhibition moves forward, multiple leading enterprises have signed up to the Medical Equipment and Medicine & Health Care Exhibition Area. 

The First China International Import Expo provides a “big platform” for foreign medical and health enterprises to gain a foothold in the Chinese market. Increasingly international leading medical and health companies have also targeted the Chinese market. More and more enterprises are signing on to the exhibition area with an increase in display area size. Leading names that have already signed up include AstraZeneca, Roche, Sanofi-Aventis, Bayer, Royal Philips, Johnson & Johnson, Swisse and Elekta.

Enterprises are actively registering to participate in the exhibition, while the government will has made it free to import anti-cancer Alkaloid drugs as well as Chinese medicines. The relaxed import environment makes it more convenient to enter the Chinese market.
