All Exhibition Invitation Service Providers, Participating Companies:

The organizer of China International Import Expo (hereafter CIIE), China International Import Expo Bureau (hereafter CIIEB) has recently received frequent calls from some exhibition invitation service providers and participating companies for consultation on the matter whether the organizer has entrusted third-party agencies or newspaper offices to compile and print Catalog of China International Import Expo, and to collect advertisements for it. As regards all relevant matters, CIIEB hereby solemnly declares as follows:

Catalog of China International Import Expo is the one and only official catalog of CIIE. CIIEB is responsible for its compilation, printing, distribution and other work. Moreover, CIIEB has not entrusted any third parties to collect relevant information and advertisements, print and distribute the catalog. All exhibition invitation service providers and exhibitors are required to follow the submission method of the catalog designated by CIIEB and submit relevant company information to CIIEB in a timely manner. CIIEB will not be responsible for any losses caused by the exhibition invitation service provider or the exhibitor who fails to submit the catalog and advertising materials through the designated channel by CIIEB.

In the meantime, CIIEB will reserve the right to pursue the legal liability of infringing enterprises, units and individuals. Please do not hesitate to contact us (info@ciie.org) if any enquiries.
