Dear CIIE 2018 overseas exhibitor/visitor:

After approval of registration for an overseas exhibitor/visitor, the following steps should be taken to obtain a CIIE 2018 invitation letter:

1. Log onto the ID in “User Center”, go to the section of “Information of Exhibitors/Visitors”, click “Applying Letter of Invitation”.

2. Fill out the form requested for “Applying for Letter of Invitation” and upload a picture of the passport bio-page.

3. You may check your submitted application by clicking “View Application Form”.

4. After approval , click the “Download Letter of Invitation” button to get a copy of the invitation letter.
