The first China International Import Expo (CIIE) will invite more than 150,000 foreign and domestic buyers to attend. On May 23, the national meeting on purchasers was held in Beijing, while the organization work of trade groups in various regions has also been fully carried out.

The organization work of purchasers for the CIIE will give priority to the government groups. It will include local trade groups, central enterprise trade groups and overseas purchasers.

At present, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has already organized the central enterprises trade group, and the central enterprises have established sub-groups. All the 98 central enterprises have become the first batch of purchasers.

Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, independently planned cities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have already organized local trade groups, and all of them will widely organize enterprises within their regions to participate in the CIIE.

Now, the official website of the CIIE has already opened an online registration channel for trade groups and held a special training for online registration and checking of local trade groups on June 1st.

At the same time, the China International Import Expo Bureau is processing accurate investment attraction works, improving the structure of purchasers and sorting target purchasers for trade groups.
