2. How do overseas professional visitors register for the CIIE 2018?

Reply: Overseas professional visitors should register online at the official site (www.ciie.org)- “Business exhibition”–“Buyer”– “Registration” to register their related business info and visitor info. Prior review and approval are required before visiting the CIIE 2018

After registration, overseas professional visitors can look up relevant information at “Business exhibition”–“Buyer”– “Sign in”.

All professional visitors must register online in advance, as the CIIE 2018 does not take on-site registration.

4. After online registration as overseas professional visitor, how can I know the result of review and approval?

Reply: After submitting online application as overseas professional visitor, the submitted info will be reviewed and result sent to the registered email. The approved overseas professional visitors will receive CIIE 2018 invitation letter for visa application.

5. If approved as overseas professional visitors, how can I claim my entry badge? 

Reply: Email will be sent to the approved overseas professional visitors, notifying the time and place to claim entry badge. The entry badge is free, however, there is a fee for remaking the entry badge if you lose it.

6. What are the visiting dates and hours for overseas professional visitors to the CIIE 2018?

Reply: 9:00—18:00, Nov 6-10, 2018.
