为什么本届进博会如此重要？

我很高兴参加今年的进博会。今年是法中建交六十周年，我们的第一个甲子，今年的进博会法国作为主宾国参加，将是这一重要年份的亮点之一。2024 年对于我们两国的关系来说是非常丰富的一年。这一年盛事不断，特别是习近平主席今年5月对法国成功进行了访问，今年是巴黎奥运年，还有今年中法文化旅游年举办了众多精彩活动。

进博会对您来说意味着什么？谁将代表法国出席？

法国企业在许多领域在中国的表现都非常出色。从进博会举办的第一年起，法国就积极参与。2019年，马克龙总统访问上海，在进博会法国馆接待了习近平主席。今年，法国外贸与海外侨民事务部长级代表索菲·普里马（Sophie Primas）女士将代表法国出席进博会，与中国同行交流并为法国企业提供支持。

哪些法国企业将参展今年的进博会？

法国国家馆将集中20多家来自各行各业的法国企业。在这里，大家不仅可以见到法国大型集团，还能看到非常优秀的法国中小型企业，有农业食品、工业、奢侈品等各行业的许多企业，她们让法国和法国技艺闻名世界。除了法国馆，还有一百多家法国企业将在进博会上展示自己的产品。

想对参观进博会的中国朋友说些什么？

亲爱的中国朋友们，欢迎大家来法国馆！我们期待在进博会上带给大家更多法国的优秀品牌和产品！

Why is this edition of CIIE important?

I am very happy to participate in this year's CIIE. France's participation as guest of honor at the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) will be one of the highlights of this important year, which marks the sixtieth anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and China, our first Jiazi. The year 2024 is a very rich one for the relationship between our two countries. It has been marked by important events, I'm thinking in particular of the successful visit to France last May by Chinese President Xi Jinping, but also of the many events organized as part of this year of Franco-Chinese cultural tourism, or the “Paris 2024” Olympic and Paralympic Games.

What does the CIIE mean to you, and who will be representing France?

In many sectors, French companies excel in China and actively contribute to sustainable growth. We've been present at CIIE since its first year, and in 2019, President Emmanuel Macron visited Shanghai for the occasion and welcomed President XI Jinping to the CIIE France pavilion. This year, we'll be welcoming Sophie Primas, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and French Nationals Abroad, who will be representing France, meeting her Chinese counterparts and supporting our companies.

How will French companies be mobilizing for this event?

The French national pavilion will feature some twenty exhibitors from a wide variety of sectors. You'll be able to meet not only our biggest companies, but also some of France's finest SMEs. I'm thinking of companies in agri-food, industry, luxury goods, and many other industries, which have made France and its know-how famous. In addition to the French pavilion, over a hundred French companies will be exhibiting their products at the CIIE.

A final message for Chinese visitors? 

Dear Chinese friends, welcome to our national pavilion! We look forward to showing you - some of the best that French brands have to offer!
