大家好，我是香港贸易发展局主席马时亨。很高兴参与虹桥国际经济论坛，并就开放型世界经济与安全发展议题分享见解。当前全球格局复杂多变，贸易与地缘政治紧张局势交织。

今年论坛聚焦全球贸易格局重构、全球南方崛起及贸易与安全联动。这与习近平主席提出的全球治理倡议高度契合，将推动富有建设性的对话与解决方案共创共享。繁荣香港贸发局一直支持中国国际进口博览会, 去年我们组织50多家香港企业，设立香港产品馆及香港服务馆, 并促成近千场商贸配对会议, 创造了显著的合作机遇与增长。

今年我们还升级设立香港食品馆及香港服务馆, 汇聚约60家参展企业。香港一直是海外企业进军内地市场的理想跳板, 同时，凭借香港不同核心优势,包括稳健的金融商业生态、国际化视野和普通法体系等, 能够持续助力内地企业走向全球。我期待在进博会与虹桥论坛期间与全球领袖交流互鉴, 共同开创开放贸易与可持续发展的未来。11月上海再见。

Hello, I am Frederick Ma, Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC).It is my pleasure to join the Hongqiao International Economic Forum (HQF)，and contribute to the session on open trade and security-based development. In today’s complex global landscape, marked by trade and geopolitical tensions, the HQF serves as a vital platform for open dialogue and collaboration.

This year’s focus on global trade restructuring, the rise of the Global South, and the link between trade and security aligns closely with President Xi’s Global Governance Initiative, driving meaningful dialogue and solutions to create shared prosperity. The HKTDC has been a long-time supporter of the China International Import Expo (CIIE). Last year, the HKTDC presented the Hong Kong Product Pavilion and Hong Kong Services Pavilion at CIIE, featuring over 50 Hong Kong enterprises. We facilitated nearly 1,000 business matching sessions creating impactful growth and collaboration opportunities.

This year, our rebranded Hong Kong Food Pavilion and Hong Kong Services Pavilion showcases some 60 exhibitors. Hong Kong has long been a springboard for overseas businesses to access the Chinese mainland market. At the same time, our fundamental strengths and advantages including our robust financial and business ecosystem, international outlook and common law system enable mainland enterprises to go global with ease and confidence. I look forward to engaging with global leaders at CIIE and the HQF to shape a future of open trade and sustainable development. See you in Shanghai in November.
