我是吉勒·索内特，国际电工委员会（IEC）副秘书长。非常荣幸能出席第八届虹桥国际经济论坛，并在“人工智能国际标准赋能产业升级”分论坛上发言。本届分论坛将重点深化人工智能标准化领域的国际合作，明确全球标准化需求，并积极推动人工智能标准的全球协调。

众所周知，国际标准在确保安全可控的部署、加速创新与商业化进程、构建可信赖的人工智能生态系统等方面发挥着不可或缺的关键作用。在本次分论坛上，我万分期待分享国际人工智能标准化的最新进展，并阐述国际电工委员会（IEC）如何与国家标准化组织（ISO）一道，成为指导负责任技术发展、促进跨境产业合作的基石。

谨祝第八届虹桥国际经济论坛取得圆满成功，期待11月在上海与各位相见。

‌I am Gilles Thonet, Deputy Secretary-General at the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It is a great pleasure for me to attend the 8th Hongqiao International Economic Forum (HQF) and speak at the session on International Cooperation on AI Standards for Empowering Industrial Upgrades. This year’s session will focus on strengthening international cooperation in AI standardization, identifying global standardization needs, and promoting worldwide alignment of AI standards.

As you know, international standards play an indispensable role in ensuring safe and controllable deployment, accelerating innovation and commercialization, and building a trusted AI ecosystem. At this session, I look forward to sharing the latest developments in international AI standardization and how IEC, together with ISO, serve as cornerstones for guiding responsible technological development and fostering cross-border industry collaboration.

I extend my best wishes for the success of the 8^th  Hongqiao International Economic Forum and look forward to meeting you all in Shanghai in November.
