大家好，我是乐斯福大中华区总裁杨宏（Jérôme Vanachter）。今天距离第六届进博会开幕还有5天。

乐斯福来自法国，是全球发酵和微生物技术领域的重要参与者，成立至今已有整整170年。这也是为什么世界上每3个面包，就有1个使用了乐斯福的酵母。进博会是一个集国际采购、投资促进、人文交流、开放合作四大作用的平台。它不但属于中国，更属于全球。乐斯福也是进博会的常客，今年是第六次参展。今年我们将现场举办路易·乐斯福杯国际邀请赛，让世界的烘焙队伍和中国的发酵面点师傅同台献艺，给观众带来中外文化交流的盛宴。今年也是我们第一次作为会员参加虹桥论坛。作为进博会的重要组成部分，虹桥论坛已经连续成功举办五届，政商学界人士在这里碰撞思想、沟通交流，促进共同开放，推动合作发展。我们还将现场与众多中国的合作伙伴签约，共同为中国人民更丰富和健康的饮食而努力的同时助力乡村振兴。

Hello, I'm Jérôme Vanachter, President of Lesaffre Greater China. There is 5 days left before the opening of the 6th CIIE.

Lesaffre, a French company, has been a key global player in the field of fermentation and microorganisms for 170 years. That's why 1 loaf of bread out of every 3 baked is made with Lesaffre yeast. CIIE is a platform integrating the four main functions of international procurement, investment promotion, people and cultural exchanges, opening up and cooperation. It belongs not only to China, but also to the whole world. As a frequenter of CIIE, this year marks the sixth participation in this great event. This year, we will hold the Louis Lesaffre Cup International Invitational Competition on site, allowing participants of the 2024 Bakery World Cup and Chinese fermented food masters to show their skills on the same stage, thereby bringing the audience a feast of cultural exchanges between Chinese and foreign fermented food. This year also marks our first participation in the Hongqiao Forum. As a significant part of the CIIE, Hongqiao Forum has been successfully held for five sessions in a row, where people from political, business and academic circles can enjoy the collision of ideas, have communication and exchanges, promote common opening up, and advance cooperation and development. In addition, we will also sign contracts with a number of Chinese partners on site, thereby facilitating the rural revitalization while working towards a richer and healthier diet for the Chinese people.
