Shanghai China Youth Travel Service Co., Ltd. (" Shanghai CYTS ") is a state-owned holding enterprise under the SHANGHAI JIUSHI（GROUP）CO.,LTD.,also one of the earliest state-owned travel agencies since China Reform and Opening up,one of the earliest travel agencies to qualify for outbound travel.
