Adhering to the principles of “safety, health, environment protection and waste elimination”, and complying with the Food Safety Law of the People‘s Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for Food Safety Supervision of Catering Services, and other relevant laws and regulations, we make continuous efforts in three aspects - food raw material procurement, restaurant environment creation, and catering services - to enable the “greening” of food production and service processes.
1.Raw Materials:We focus on sourcing from legal and safe channels, ensure that storage levels match the scale of operations, and strictly prohibit illegal ingredients.
2.Environment Creation:uring production and operation, we enhance environment protection and rational resource utilization, and rationally use the “see-through kitchen” equipment to display the kitchen environment and operation processes to customers, making the dining environment more reassuring and trustworthy.
3.Catering Services:We prohibit the use of non-degradable disposable plastic tableware and advocate for self-prepared tableware. We promote moderate ordering and create a culture of honoring thriftiness by offering “small-portion dishes”. We encourage merchants to provide online payment methods, advocate for online payments, and gradually advance the digitalization of bills and invoices.
