I. Entrance Process

Guests please arrive at the designated venues on time as indicated on the agenda;

Please follow the instructions of the staff and volunteers or signs. Please enter, leave and move to lunch place in order;

II. Attendance certificate

Please wear the attendance certificate issued by the organizer to enter the venue. The certificate will be strictly checked during the entire process of the Forum, and please do not lend, smear or modify the certificate. Should the certificate be lost please contact the Security Department of International Import Expo Bureau immediately.

III. Dressing Code

Please wear formal dress or national costumes during the Forum. The organizer has the right to refuse the admission of the guests who are not properly dressed.

IV. Venue Regulations

Please do not make noise at the venue and keep order;

Please mute your phone or put it on vibrating mode at the venue;

Please turn off the flash of the phone and camera (except authorized media personnel) at the venue. Do not use photos or videos taken on site for commercial purposes;

Please do not bring drinks, snacks, fruits and cutlery from the tea break into the venue.

V. Venue Safety Requirements

Please do not bring controlled items (liquid drinks, controlled knives, illegal chemicals, explosives, etc.), professional photographic camera and recording equipment (except authorized media personnel) and other prohibited items into the venue.

VI. Advertisement

It is forbidden to conduct unauthorized advertisements and other commercial activities at any place at the venue. Once found, the organizer has the right to terminate the qualification as the participating representative. Your understanding is appreciated.

The organizer provides various necessary functional areas, equipment and personnel for the guests at the main venue for the opening ceremony and venues for parallel sessions. The specific situation and structural layout are as follows:

I. Conference Consultation Service

Two Conference Consultation Service Desks are available at the main venue and parallel session venues to provide consultation and guidance services related to the Forum. Staff and volunteers are available on the spot to assist guests. Please check the functional area plan sketch for more details.

II.Medical Service

A medical service station is available in the Nan’er Hall of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) with professional medical staff, basic medical emergency equipment and medicines to provide assistance for guests in need.

III. Restrooms and Facilities for the Disabled

A number of restrooms and facilities for the disabled are available at the main venue and parallel session venues.

III.Currency / Exchange Rate

The legal currency of the People’s Republic of China is Ren Min Bi (RMB) with the symbol of ¥. The unit is yuan, and the auxiliary currency units of RMB are jiao and fen. 1 yuan is equal to 10 jiao, and 1 jiao is equal to 10 fen. IV.Credit Card

Large hotels, shopping malls and major restaurants in Shanghai support international mainstream credit card service such as China UnionPay, Visa and Master Card. Some small shops and restaurants do not accept credit and debit cards, but cash is accepted. In addition, most hotels, shops and restaurants support Alipay and WeChat payment. You may download necessary apps in advance and use by instructions.

V.Water and Power Supply

According to the national unified regulations, the power supply standard is 220V, 50Hz. There are two kinds of plugs for power sockets, as shown below:

The tap water supplied in Shanghai meets the health standards of China and the World Health Organization. Bottled mineral water is available in hotels and at forum venues.

VI.Telecommunications Service

Participants can buy SIM cards of local mobile communication service providers (China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom) at airports, large shopping malls and telecom service franchise houses, including 2G, 3G and 4G types.
