On the morning of January 25, National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) and Ireland-China Science and Technology Exchange Association (hereinafter referred to as ICSTEA) signed a memorandum of understanding on exhibition solicitation. Mr. Liu Fuxue, Vice President of NECC, and Mr. Chen Wen, President of ICTEA, signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides.

As a non-profit organization specializing in economic, technological, educational and cultural exchanges, ICSTEA has been appointed as the exhibition organizer of CIIE in Ireland.
