Enterprises from the Taiwan region have actively registered for the upcoming second China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, with their number increasing substantially from last year, a Chinese mainland spokesperson said Wednesday.
China's Ministry of Commerce and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council held a promotion meeting on Thursday for Taiwan enterprises, extending an invitation to participate in the fifth China International Import Expo (CIIE) and share development opportunities.
