The third list of exhibitors that will be attending the fourth China International Import Expo was released on May 10.

According to the list, 155 companies and 10 national or regional exhibiting groups will participate in the expo during Nov 5-10 this year. Thirty of the companies will exhibit their products at the food and agricultural products area, eight at the automobile area, 27 at the intelligent industry and information technology area, 45 at the consumer goods area, 17 at the medical equipment and healthcare products area, and 28 at the trade in services area.

According to the CIIE bureau, a total of 475 companies and 14 exhibiting groups have signed up for this year's event. Over 200 companies are among the world's top 500 or are recognized as industry leaders, and over 100 have attended the expo since its inaugural edition in 2018.

Many enterprises have decided to attend the expo for the first time after learning that the fourth CIIE has set up a number of new subsections and special committees to promote important or emerging industries. This year, the CIIE bureau has set up or upgraded many subsections for industries including biomedicine, innovation incubation, low-carbon energy and environmental technology, and digital technologies. It has also formed several special committees for agricultural products, smart home appliances, and other sectors.

The list was released earlier than previous years to afford buyers and exhibitors more time to hold business talks and explore cooperation opportunities.

Detailed information about some exhibitors and their products at the medical equipment, food and agricultural products areas is also available now. More information will be released soon.
