Paul Accornero, chief commercial officer of De'Longhi Group, an Italian small home appliance manufacturer, will attend the sixth China International Import Expo as well as the sixth Hongqiao International Economic Forum in Shanghai this November.
"I am honored to be part of the first edition of the CIIE and witnessed the achievements the expo has made. Despite the sluggish global economy, the Chinese market has still seen growth, in which I believe the CIIE has played a positive role. This year’s CIIE will be held offline, and will definitely draw attention from the whole again," said Accornero.
De'Longhi has participated in the CIIE for consecutive years and will again present its latest offerings to Chinese consumers this year. Among the products is the Rivelia automatic coffee machine, which will be making its global debut. This new series features advanced techniques such as the Bean Switch system and smart adaption technology.
The group's new products in the fields of cuisine and clothing care will also be unveiled at this year’s expo.
Launched in Italy in 1902, De'Longhi Group is a world-leading manufacturer of coffee machines. It owns five international brands including De'Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, NutriBullet and Ariete.
Since entering the Chinese market in 2005, the group has been one of the leading players in the nation's coffee machine sector. Given the explosive growth of coffee consumption in China, the Chinese market has also become the focus of the group's development in the coming years.
