Notice on Registration for Reporting the 3rd China International Import Expo Release date: 2020-09-24    Source:China International Import Expo Bureau

Dear journalists,

Welcome to the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE). It will be held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, 2020. The media registration platform will be open to journalists from today to October 20. Considering the COVID-19 prevention and control, the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE) mainly invites journalists from the Chinese mainland, journalists from foreign countries currently based in the Chinese mainland, and journalists from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan currently based in the Chinese mainland.

You can log in or register on the CIIE’s official website or its official app. If you choose to log in or register on the official website (https://www.ciie.org), please go to the login or registration page by clicking “The 3rd CIIE Registration” on its home page. If you choose to register on the app, please click “Login now” in “Me” in the lower right corner to log in or register. For previous users, please log in with your existing accounts (registered email account) to check, update and submit your registration information, and if you forget your password, please click “Quick Login”, and log in through a verification code sent to your email account. For new users, please directly click “Quick Login” and enter your email address to register, and this email account will be your media account. After login, please click “Media Service” for media registration. Moreover, you can click the “EN” mark on the upper right corner of the home page to change to the English version.

For resident foreign journalists, please select “Media from foreign countries” in the “Media Organization Category” and then select “I am a foreign journalist currently based in the Chinese mainland” in “Countries and Regions”, and then select your country or region in the “Personal Information”.  

For Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan journalists, please select “Media from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan” in the “Media Organization Category” and then select “I am a journalist from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan currently based in the Chinese mainland” in the “Countries and Regions”, and then select your specific region in the “Personal Information”.

For journalists from the Chinese mainland, relevant departments will help you register collectively.

The information on when and how to get the Media Passes will be released on the CIIE’s official website and its official WeChat account in due time.

Journalists should abide by the relevant requirements of the epidemic prevention and control in the 3rd CIIE.
