The online interaction for exhibitors and buyers at the platform has also been upgraded and is now available on both desktop and mobile devices.
Through the platform, exhibitors and buyers of the CIIE can enjoy seven major benefits:
1. Advanced understanding of supply and demand information
Buyers can access information on news products, technologies and services that will be showcased at the 7th CIIE. Exhibitors can obtain the latest intended procurement and matching requirements posted by buyers. Additionally, upcoming features on the platform include exhibitor and exhibit information bookmarking, one-click sharing, and AI customer service.
2. Recommended matches
The platform provides buyers with one-stop matching recommendations of exhibitor and exhibit information based on their procurement and matching requirements. Additionally, the platform will send meeting requests to buyers that exhibitors wish to contact during this year's expo. Buyers can view the corresponding exhibitor information on the platform.
3. Arrangement of negotiation appointments
The online appointment booking function at the platform will be optimized soon, allowing buyers to schedule meetings with exhibitors during the expo and confirm meeting arrangements in advance. Upcoming features include real-time communication with translation capabilities, offering efficient cross-language communication solutions for exhibitors and buyers.
4. Access to investment promotion information
The new investment promotion section has been launched, showcasing investment attraction policies and project information. Buyers looking to attract investment can submit relevant information for display after being verified. Exhibitors can browse these information on the platform.
5. Business card exchanges
The business card management and exchange functions will be upgraded soon, enabling unified management of received business cards for both organizations and individuals. Exhibitors and buyers can generate online business cards based on their registration information and exchange them on the platform.
6. Access to information about expo-period activities
Registration for key buyer selection meetings for the 7th CIIE is currently ongoing. Various activities during the expo period such as large-scale trade and investment matchmaking meetings, on-site supporting events, booth activities, and new product launch events will be gradually launched on the platform.
7. Quick planning of expo visiting schedule
Exhibitors and buyers can add activities to their expo visiting schedule online. The system will generate an exhibition visiting schedule based on activity registrations and appointments. During the expo, attendees can use the official navigation system to calculate the optimal route within the venue based on information such as time and location provided in the schedule.
To date, the platform has released information on over 2,000 exhibitors, thousands of exhibits and nearly 2,000 procurement demands. More information will be updated gradually to further enrich the supply and demand database.
