II. Information on Badge Registration
Following the "one person, one Badge" principle, participants are required to register with their real names through the relevant section of the official CIIE website to obtain their badges (Country Exhibition Organizers, Enterprise & Business Exhibition exhibitors, and visitor pre-registration). Applicants can either register for a new badge or reactivate an existing one. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Registration for New Badges
Participants can apply for their badges through the relevant sections of the official CIIE website, depending on their specific role in the event.
2. Reuse of Existing Badges
Since the 5th CIIE, individuals who have already completed the registration process (excluding supporting events personnel, volunteers, professional visitors on November 9 and 10, exhibit setup/teardown staff, and other specified groups) may, in principle, reactivate their existing badges. This only applies if they meet the reuse criteria and their badges are intact with no changes required to personal information. Applicants can reactivate their badges by visiting the relevant section on the official CIIE website and following the provided instructions. This approach is highly recommended.
III. Explanation of Badge Application Status
1. Registration Information Submitted
The applicant has completed the personal information form and is awaiting the next review. Please note that the “Temporarily Saved” or “Pending Submission” status indicates that your application is incomplete.
2. Review in Progress
Registration information is currently under review. The process usually takes about 7 days for domestic applicants and approximately 15 days for international applicants. The system will notify you of the results once your payment has been processed and the review process is complete.
3. Badge in Production
Your registration has been approved, and your badge is now being processed. Please note that badges are currently not available for pickup.
4. Badges Ready for Pickup/Being Delivered
(1) Pickup in Person: If you choose to collect your badge in person, the application status will display as "Badge Ready for Pickup." This means that your badge is available for pickup. Applicants should contact their designated units, who will then bring the necessary materials needed to collect badges from the CIIE Registration and Badge Management Center.
(2) Pickup via Delivery: If you choose to have your badges shipped to you, the application status will display as "Delivery in Progress." This means that your badge is currently in transit via a courier service. You can track the progress of your delivery using the provided tracking number. We will combine badges into a single package for every 10 badges ordered for badge delivery requests with the same organization, address, and recipient. Please check the tracking number for specific details.
5. Reuse Activation
Applicants who wish to reuse their badges from the 5th or 6th CIIE will have their access restored and can enter using their existing badges.
6. Invalid Data
The applicant has entered incorrect personal information, such as their name or ID number, and will need to revise and submit the correct details.
7. Application Denied
The applicant does not meet the relevant requirements for participation in the CIIE and is therefore not eligible for badge issuance.
