Artists from the Artwork Experts Committee of the China International Import Expo have created many works and made donations to help combat the sporadic COVID-19 outbreaks.
Chen Qi and Li Lei, both vice-presidents of the Shanghai Artists Association, have created many paintings portraying anti-pandemic staff. Chen has also donated over 1 million yuan ($149,225) that he earned from selling the works to help with pandemic control.

Jiang Tieli, also vice-president of the Shanghai Artists Association, has made a sculpture of medical workers who were sent from Shanghai to Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province in 2020 to aid the containment of local COVID-19 outbreaks.

Lu Guangzheng, honorary director of the wood carving special committee of the Chinese National Arts and Crafts Association, spent nearly a year working with a team of about 100 people to create a wood sculpture that features prominent figures from different sectors in China, including anti-pandemic medical workers.

Ding Shenyang, president of the Shanghai Calligraphers Association, wrote a pandemic-themed poem.
