The 6th Hongqiao International Economic Forum (HQF) "Press Release and International Symposium on World Openness Report 2023" was held in the afternoon of November 5 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The latest World Openness Index was released on the symposium, signaling a continuation of the global trend of declining openness. How to reverse deglobalization and reduce intensified disparities in openness between countries, sectors and regions?
