Uzbekistan will participate in the online country exhibition of the fifth China International Import Expo in November to showcase its charm as a trading hub along the ancient Silk Road.

The Central Asian country has participated in the country exhibition of CIIE thrice and was one of the 15 guests of honor at the second expo.

A group of Uzbek companies will also attend the fifth CIIE's business exhibition as the trade fair has offered them an ideal platform to explore the Chinese market and reap the benefits of China's development.

Over the past editions of the CIIE, 19 Uzbek companies occupied a combined 580 square meters of exhibition space and showcased a variety of specialties including fruits, vegetables, and textiles.
