Swiss Consul-General in Shanghai Alexander Hoffet said in an interview that Switzerland will display top of the range products in different fields at the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) slated for November in Shanghai.

Switzerland is going to send a high-level delegation to the expo, the consul general stated.

He also noted that Swiss companies and sectors are very active in the Chinese market, with production plants or rep offices in Shanghai. Many of them are interested to attend the CIIE.

“Switzerland has a lot of high-quality products to display, and I think Chinese customers, both B to C and B to B, will be interested to see what Swiss companies have to offer in this regard”, said the consul general.
