During the China International Import Expo, catering service providers fall into two main categories: onsite catering service providers and group dining and banquet service providers. A total of 88 onsite catering providers are located throughout the Commercial Plaza, office buildings, exhibition halls, areas between exhibition halls, and the InterContinental Hotel. They offer a wide variety of food and beverage options, including Chinese and Western fast food, coffee and pastries, full-service dining, convenience store offerings, halal food, and regional specialties.13 group dining and banquet service providers offer premium catering services, covering Chinese round-table dining, Western-style set meals, buffets, and tea breaks.
