China International Import Expo Bureau completes the preliminary review of membership and issues confirmation letters to eligible applicants.

The applicant becomes an associate member of the Hongqiao International Economic Forum.

Within 10-15 working days after the receipt of the confirmation letter, both parties shall sign the Membership Agreement.

The associate member becomes an official member of the Hongqiao International Economic Forum.

After becoming an official member, please log in the HIEF Membership website with the invitation code and fill in the information online.

Within 5 working days after completing online information input, the HIEF Member shall submit the required materials on the List of Materials for Hongqiao International Economic Forum Membership to China International Import Expo Bureau.
