Supporting Events of the China International Import Expo Notification on Safety Responsibilities

I. The organizer of Supporting Events of the China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as supporting events) shall strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China as well as the relevant safety policies and requirements of the CIIE, declaring that its events will be done in a civilized and lawful way.

II. The declared Supporting Events shall adhere to the principles of “Safety First” and “Organizers are Responsible”. In addition, the organizer must take the initiative to check and eliminate all security risks, so as to ensure safe processes and content.

III. The declared Supporting Events must conform to the theme of the CIIE, eliminating anything that may affect China’s international image and the CIIE’s image.

IV. The organizer of Supporting Events shall make declarations and allow for examinations in strict accordance with the regulated procedures. The declaration documents to be prepared must be complete and true, and documents that do not meet the requirements must be corrected on time.

V. Supporting Events must be held in strict accordance with the scope for their content as determined by the audit.

VI. During Supporting Events, the organizer must strictly implement all work related to safety, make declarations on time, accept supervision and obey commands. The on-site safety supervisors have the right to order rectification if they find that the events are inconsistent with the content determined by the audit or that there are safety problems during the events. Additionally, the organizer will bear all of the losses and assume all of the undesirable consequences.

VII. Please use the hardware provided at the event site when holding Supporting Events. Any requirements for the site layout must be declared and approved by the CIIE.
