I. The supporting activities of the Second China International Import Expo shall be held in strict accordance with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the relevant safety policies and requirements of the CIIE. They shall be conducted in accordance with the law and in a civilized manner, and safety responsibilities and measures shall be strictly implemented.

II. The host of the activities is the primary responsible body for ensuring safety.

III. Adhering to the principle of “safety first,” the host shall take the initiative to inspect and eliminate all security risks and ensure the safety of the event and its content.

IV. The activities declared by the host shall conform to the theme of the CIIE, and all content that may affect China’s international image and the image of the CIIE shall be eliminated.

V. The activity application materials submitted by the host shall be true and complete; fraud and other bad behaviors shall be totally eliminated.

VI. The host shall carry out the relevant activities strictly in accordance with the content of the application materials.

VII. The host shall actively cooperate with the on-site safety supervisors to implement the relevant security measures, accept supervision and obey orders.

VIII. The host shall complete the correction of materials and the rectification of activities within the prescribed time limits. Otherwise the host shall assume all responsibilities for losses and other adverse consequences caused by the failure of such activitiesdue to the exceeding of these time limits.
